I started training with Yesenia about 18 months ago. At that time, my body was hurting and was very limited due to various surgeries and harsh cancer treatments. Yesenia is the most patient and caring trainer I've met that knows when to push you to the next level. She will gently push you to lift heavier weight, add new exercises, or simply have you not modify any more. You didn't even know you were ready, but she knew. My body has limitations and she taught me that there is always another way to work certain muscle group. I transformed physically by losing weight but most importantly losing body fat and gaining muscle. We primary focused on strength training, improving my posture and balance. Thank you Yesi for the last 18 months. I was never confident in any gyms before, but now I am no longer intimidated walking into any gym, grabbing weights and knowing exactly what to do. You taught me how to strength train the right way.
